City Manager 2021 Goals

At the winter retreat, I shared a copy of draft 2021 goals. Another copy is attached. I would like to discuss, clarify, and determine any specific goals Council would like to see included on the list.

As a finalist for the positon of City Manager, I prepared and submitted a 1^st Year Plan.  The items I chose to include in that plan were pulled from recruitment brochure and other communications provided during the recruitment process. I reported on my progress at council retreats and as part of my annual review. The attached document provides a list of goals included in that plan, followed by a list of 2021 goals and projects.
