Background
Staff and Council will have a brief discussion about the process to follow when staff is asked to testify regarding legislation that is not part of our official legislative priorities. Chief Podany will provide information about the Minnesota Police Chief’s Legislative Committee he is a member of, and how that relates to our lobbying efforts.
