CITY HALL/POLICE DEPARTMENT IMPROVEMENTS COST ESTIMATE

Background

As mentioned at the December 14 workshop meeting on the city hall improvements, we will have a final estimate for the improvements from our construction manager, RJM at this workshop.  Staff will discuss with council how this estimate fits into our $4.2 million budget and whether we will need to make some of the improvements bid-alternates.

Recommendation

Review and provide feedback on city hall/police department improvements cost estimate.
