NEIGHBORHOOD NOTIFICATION PROCESS
Background
At a recent workshop, the city council reviewed the public notification process for development related items as staff has created a policy for neighborhood meetings and public hearing notification boundaries.
Staff will implement this policy if and/or when it is approved by the city council. This will require a motion and approval by council, and it will be an administrative policy for staff.
Recommendation
Approve the neighborhood meeting and notification policy drafted by staff.
