NEIGHBORHOOD NOTIFICATION PROCESS
Background
At a recent workshop, the city council discussed the public notification process for development related items and expressed their desire to create a policy for neighborhood meetings and public hearing notification boundaries.
Staff has prepared such policy and will implement if and/or when the city council approves to the policy. This will require a resolution by the city council, but it will be an administrative policy for staff.
Recommendation
City council is requested to review and discuss the attached policy and provide direction on the administrative neighborhood notification policy.
