Background
A public hearing is required by ordinance prior to the approval of an On-Sale Wine and 3.2% Malt Liquor On-Sale Licenses.
Emily Yang, owner/applicant for Rocky’s Asian Bistro & BBQ LLC dba Rocky’s Asian Bistro & BBQ has submitted an application for On-Sale Wine and 3.2% Malt Liquor On-Sale licenses for the restaurant located at 2330 Cloud Drive, #101 (the former Dixie Blue BBQ). The applicant has submitted a completed license application and license fee of $1,900. The required certificate of insurance for liquor liability and all required forms and documents have been received and are on file in our office.
The Police Department is in the process of completing a background investigation. The fire inspection and Certificate of Occupancy are pending.
All required information will be submitted to the State Liquor Control Department upon approval of the license by the Council.

Hold a public hearing to receive input then approve issuance of an On-Sale Wine and 3.2% Malt Liquor On-Sale licenses for Rocky’s Asian Bistro & BBQ LLC DBA Rocky’s Asian Bistro & BBQ, 2330 Cloud Drive, #101, Blaine, Minnesota.
