APPROVAL OF 2020-2021 VENDING TRUCK LICENSE
Background
The following individual recently submitted an application after the license period ended for a vending truck license:
Blaine Anoka Ice Cream
Faysal Hasan, Owner/Operator
21937 East Bethel Blvd.
East Bethel, MN 55011
Blaine Anoka Ice Cream has submitted application materials. The Certificate of Insurance and the retail mobile food handler’s license through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture are pending. The license will be issued once all the paperwork has been submitted.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation for Faysal Hasan and found nothing to prohibit the issuance of these licenses. The vending license will be effective May 19, 2020 through April 30, 2021.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the 2020-2021 temporary vending truck license for Blaine Anoka Ice Cream.
