Title
APPROVE 2020-2021 LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
Background
All liquor licenses expire on June 30, 2020. The attached list shows the establishments that have submitted renewal applications for their liquor license for the license period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
Each applicant has met the license fee requirements. Upon completion of all other code requirements including liquor liability insurance, correction of any outstanding fire or building code violations, delinquent taxes, assessments, utility charges and schedule of inspections by the Anoka County Community Health and Environmental Services Department, the 2020/2021 liquor licenses will be issued. Any license applications received after June 1 will be included on the June 15 Council agenda for approval.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the renewal of the 2020-2021 liquor license applications.
