GARAGE SALES IN THE CITY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Background
The City is in active discussions and conducting research regarding holding garage sales during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff is concerned about the ability for garage sales to be held in a manner that is consistent with safe practices during this time of local emergency. It is not currently clear if the ability to conduct garage sales will be directly affected by State of Minnesota Executive Orders, or whether City Council action will be required to regulate the sales. Staff will present the most current available information at the time of the workshop, and provide a recommendation at that time.

Discuss and provide direction to staff as to next steps.
