Background

This agreement (see attached) is with former employee Michael Bozell, for a mutually agreed-upon amount of $57,500. It was presented to and reviewed by city council on March 2, 2020 at a closed session. The agreement is now being brought forward for formal council approval.

By motion approve the settlement agreement and release of claims.
