Background
The City is requested to release specific lots from recorded Development Agreements on a fairly regular basis. In this instance the lot is a vacant commercial lot on 124th Court NE that was platted in 2006 as part of The Lakes of Radisson Thirtieth Addition. The lot is subject to two separate Development Agreements that were recorded in 2003 and 2006. All of the development agreement responsibilities for this lot have been met and the lot can be released.
The City Council must adopt a resolution that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute the release.

By motion, approve the Resolution.
Body
WHEREAS, Lot 4, Block 1, The Lakes of Radisson Thirtieth Addition Except Parcel 12, Anoka County Highway Right-Of-Wat Plat No. 95, Anoka County, is subject to two recorded Development Agreements and;
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested the City to release said lot from the recorded development agreements recorded as Document Nos. 429663 and 487236.001 and;
WHEREAS, the City has determined that there are no outstanding development issues related to said lot and therefore no further purpose for the agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Blaine City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all necessary documents releasing said Development Agreements for the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 1, The Lakes of Radisson Thirtieth Addition Except Parcel 12, Anoka County Highway Right-Of-Way Plat No. 95, Anoka County, Minnesota.
