Background
A petition received February 25, 2019, was submitted to the City by Darin Anderson, Manager of Aspen Gardens Holdings, LLC, requesting vacation of drainage and utility easements for the purposes of re-platting several of the existing townhome lots. The homeowners association and property owners have agreed to the vacation. The Engineering Department has reviewed this request and concurs with the vacation.

Recommendation
By motion, adopt the Resolution.
Body
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition dated the 18th day of February 2019, requesting vacation of drainage and utility easement of Lot 3 and Lot 19, Block 1, Aspen Village Townhomes; and
WHEREAS, the required public hearing notices were published and mailed, and the public hearing was held on the 15th day of April, 2019, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Blaine as follows:
1. The vacation of drainage and utility easement at Lot 3 and Lot 19, Block 1, Aspen Village Townhomes is hereby approved as described:
Lot 3 and Lot 19, Block 1, Aspen Village Townhomes, Anoka County, Minnesota.
