•                     Speed tube deployment from 8/28/18 to 9/4/18.

•                     JAMAR Tech deployment from 8/30/18 to 9/4/18.

•                     85^th percentile Southbound was 38 MPH with peak times 6am-8am.

•                     85^th percentile Northbound was 37 MPH with peak times 2pm-6pm.

A special traffic overtime detail has been proposed to the Patrol Captain and is awaiting approval.

The traffic unit and on-duty personnel will continue extra enforcement on Xylite as time permits.
