Lexington Meadows LLC is requesting to release Lot 1 Block 2 Lexington Meadows 2^nd Addition from two development agreements, Lexington Meadows, and Lexington Meadows 2^nd Addition.

The City is requested to release specific lots from recorded development agreements on a fairly regular basis. In this instance, the property owner has requested that the City release Lot 1, Block 2, Lexington Meadows 2^nd Addition from the recorded development agreements for Lexington Meadows and Lexington Meadows 2^nd Addition.

All the development agreement responsibilities for this parcel have been met.

In order to release the Development Agreement, the City Council must adopt a resolution that authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk execute all necessary documents.

WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 2, Lexington Meadows 2^nd Addition, is subject to recorded Development Agreements and;

WHEREAS, the property owner has requested the City to release said lot from the recorded development agreements recorded as Document No. 2240460.004 Abstract (recorded October 3, 2019), and 2211134.007 Abstract (recorded October 10, 2018) and;

WHEREAS, the City has determined that there are no outstanding development issues related to said lot and therefore no further purpose for the agreements.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Blaine City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all necessary documents releasing said Development Agreements for the following described property:

Lot 1, Block 2, LEXINGTON MEADOWS 2^ND ADDITION
