2022 Communications Annual Report

Background
At the beginning of each year staff prepares a report for the City Council detailing the City’s communication efforts from the previous year. This report will include a look at the entire communications program offered by the City including:
• Social media
• City website
• Print publications
• Media relations
• Customer service enhancements
• Emergency communications
• Internal communications
• Marketing
Staff will also share some goals and objectives for 2023. Council will also have an opportunity to dialogue with staff on communications related enhancements they would like to see in the coming years.
Staff Recommendation
Provide feedback on current and future city communications.
