2019-2022 Strategic Plan Final Report

Background
In 2019 the Blaine City Council and management team staff engaged in a strategic planning process. This process led to the development of six strategic priorities, a mission statement, vision statement, and core values. Over the last three years staff has implemented the priorities in the strategic plan. Throughout this process staff has provided updates to council and worked with council to update the plan as needed.
The strategic priorities were; effective communications, financial sustainability, growth management, organizational health, TH65 improvement, and well-maintained infrastructure.
During the workshop staff will provide a final report on the strategic priorities and the associated strategic initiatives.

Receive report. Discuss future strategic planning opportunities.
