Executive Summary
Council is requested to approve a change order for the City Hall remodel project. Project funding is available and this is a procedural request for approval and signature which is required with a change in contract cost.
Background
On March 15, 2021, Council award the bids and quotes for the City Hall/Police Department improvements. Construction began in April of 2021 and is now nearing completion. RJM Construction has presented the City with a change order in the amount of $56,373.10. The increase is primarily due to supply chain issues and material and labor cost increases.
Project funding is available and additional funds are not being requested.

Well-maintained infrastructure. Improvements made during the remodel will meet the needs of the community for the next 20 years.

By motion, approve the change order in the amount of $56,373.10.
