1.                     City Flag Redesign

Councilmember Hovland would like Council to consider discussion on the redesign of the City flag. He noted the redesign did not go before Council and he would like the opportunity to invite Orville Lindquist who is the President of the Blaine Historical Society and an original member of the flag design group.
